Pilates

 

This traditional mat class is designed to strengthen the core and improve flexibility, while developing breath control and proper postural alignment. Through improved body awareness, incorrect postures and movement patterns are corrected, physical vitality is restored, and the spirit is elevated.

The results – an evenly conditioned body for a longer, leaner, and more flexible you!

Straight Up Strength

 

This small group weight class is personal training at its best! All major muscle groups are challenged to fatigue using dumbbells and heavy weighted bars. Each exercise is performed for a full 3 minutes, using various tempos. Direct instruction is given to ensure proper form and precise execution of each of the exercises.

Students leave class feeling strong and empowered!

Booty Barre

 

This dance/Pilates inspired class is designed to increase strength and flexibility, while challenging the cardio vascular system. Choreographed to Club style music, this energetic workout incorporates the use of light weights, gliding discs and Ballet Barres to tone and define the body from head to toe!
