Pilates: This traditional mat class is designed to strengthen the core and improve flexibility, while developing breath control and proper postural alignment.
Straight Up Strength: This small group weight class is personal training at its best! All major muscle groups are challenged to fatigue using dumbbells and heavy weighted bars.
Booty Barre: This dance/Pilates inspired class is designed to increase strength and flexibility, while challenging the cardio vascular system.
Peggy has been an educator for over 25 years. She is a high energy person with a passion for fitness. Fifteen years ago, she combined this passion with her love of teaching and became a fitness professional. Peggy is a certified personal trainer and holds certifications in weight training, kickboxing and Pilates.
Peggy is very goal oriented, and a firm believer that people can achieve what ever they want. She leads by example, modeling a healthy lifestyle. Her enthusiasm and commitment to her own fitness, motivates and inspires those around her to follow her example!
